Brian and Cazz Bailey

Hi, we’re Cazz and Brian Bailey, originally from Canada. I was born in Edmonton, AB, and Brian is from Langley, BC. Our love story is a bit of a whirlwind—after years of working in the skies (I was a flight attendant for 15 years, and Brian was a pilot for 22), we met, got engaged, and got married, all in different beautiful locations across Mexico.

We always dreamed of retiring in Mexico, but when COVID hit, we realized that life is too short to wait. So, instead of continuing to visit paradise for just two weeks a year, we made the bold decision to turn our life into a permanent vacation. We left everything behind in Vancouver, packed up our lives—including our 1.5-year-old son and our dog—and moved to Los Cabos, Mexico. It was the best decision we’ve ever made.

Now, as real estate agents, we love helping others make their own dream come true, whether they’re looking for an investment or planning a life-changing move like we did. We know how difficult it can be to navigate a move from afar, and we pride ourselves on helping you get settled. We have a list of trusted people and places to ensure your transition is as smooth as possible.

We take our jobs seriously—just not ourselves. Living in Los Cabos has been an incredible adventure, and we’re excited to help others start theirs!
